Breath is our life force. Not only is it vital for our existence but it also has a huge impact on our wellbeing. Breath is connected to stress management, energy regulation, physical activity, mindfulness and so much more.

Movement
In yoga, the postures (or asanas) play an important role in leading us towards inner peace.
Simply by moving in a conscious and present manner, we can deepen the relationship with ourselves and others. Through inviting stillness into our lives, we can discover more harmony and learn to deal with the noise. Yoga asanas help to create balance, lower stress and handle the exertion that life can put on our bodies.
I like to teach in the style of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa yoga. I can create classes that are suitable for first time yogis or seasoned practitioners. Pregnancy yoga is also an option.

Stillness
Do you find it difficult to sit still without any intrusive thoughts getting in the way? We all do and it’s completely normal. Meditation is not about ‘getting rid’ of these thoughts. It’s about observing and accepting them as they are.
By taking a moment of stillness every day, we give ourselves the opportunity to hit pause. To process. To simply ‘be’.
Both yoga and meditation offerings incorporate this fundamental element.
