In anything that I do, my passions are collaborating with people, providing space for everyone to be heard and moving with consciousness.

A gentle spirit of 30 years, living in Het Gooi, Netherlands. I grew up in the UK but have spent most of my adult life living in the Netherlands. As a result, I have a strong tie to both the dutch and expat community in the Netherlands.

In my natural state, I am an observer. Being an observer helps me to develop my understanding for the people around me. We live in a society where thinking and the subtleties that come with it have been overtaken by action and so much ‘doing’. So it becomes a dance to continuously balance out the push and pull of being grounded in self and being in action.
